How can I pay?

What's is a pre-order?
Items on pre-order will be shipped from the date that is specified on the product page (subject to change). If your order contains a pre-order item and an item which is in stock, they will not be shipped until both items are available.

How long will delivery take and how much will it cost? 
Delivery times and costs vary depend on your location. Please see our 'Shipping & Returns' page for more information by clicking here. 

I have not received my order, and it's been longer than the stated delivery time?
If you do need to discuss your order, please get in touch with customer support team via our contact us page and they will look into this for you.

Can I wash my sleep mask?
Do not machine wash your sleep masks! All our masks are best hand-washed in lukewarm water with a small amount of a mild detergent for no more than 3-5 minutes. Avoid excess agitation, rinse well in fresh cool water. Gently squeeze out the excess water, but do not wring it out.
Place the mask flat on a clean bath towel and leave to air dry.

My contoured sleep mask has become dented/creased, is there anything I can do?
Due to the domed nature of our contoured masks they can be prone to denting. A gentle steam iron on the inside of the mask, or a few minutes in a tumble dryer, can help bring the mask back to its original shape.
