What's is a pre-order?
Items on pre-order will be shipped from the date that is specified on the product page (subject to change). If your order contains a pre-order item and an item which is in stock, they will not be shipped until both items are available.

Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes, all shipping options will be shown at checkout. Please note, if you have selected tracked shipping, you will receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking number.
I have not received my order and it's been longer than the stated delivery time?
Before you get in touch, please bear in mind delivery is currently taking longer due to the COVID-19 situation, but if you do need to discuss your order, please email our customer support team via email@example.com
and they will look into this for you.
Can I wash my sleep mask?
Do not machine wash your sleep masks! All our masks are best hand washed in lukewarm water with a small amount of a mild detergent for no more than 3-5 minutes. Avoid excess agitation, rinse well in fresh cool water. Gently squeeze out the excess water, but do not wring it out.
Place the mask flat on a clean bath towel and leave to air dry.
My contoured sleep mask has become dented/creased, is there anything I can do?
Due to the domed nature of our contoured masks they can be prone to denting. A gentle steam iron on the inside of the mask, or a few minutes in a tumble dryer, can help bring the mask back to its original shape.
