Recently we have been working with Mindset, an amazing company dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing. Whatever stage you are at with your wellbeing journey, Mindset will help with solutions to improve and sustain good mental wellbeing.

We've been donating SMUG products to the fantastic care packages that Ellice from Mindset has been gifting to NHS key workers throughout the pandemic. It's been an amazing success all thanks to Ellice and her hard work. We have quickly come to realise that we have much more in common, and there are lots things we can do together for this wonderful cause.

Who are Mindset?

Ellice from Mindset

Established in 2017, Mindset was founded by Ellice Whyte, a business psychologist with a master’s degree in Psychology and further training in counselling and education. Ellice is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, a Principle Practioner of the Association of Business Psychologists, and is just about to start a doctorate investigating how education and training in mental health can impact your organisation’s attitudes, productivity, sickness absence and staff retention. This research includes looking at the differences between cultures and gender identity which is the first of its kind.

Ellice is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to help people enjoy a happy, healthy life and shape a world where it’s okay not to be okay.

What do Mindset do?
Mental health has been a growing concern in recent years, and with one in four people suffering a mental health problem in any given year, it is evident that business and education settings need to be prepared to support those individuals. Our mental health affects our ability to work productively, learn, socialise, and cope with the normal stressors of life. Having good mental health and wellbeing is integral to reaching your full potential and if someone does not receive adequate mental health support, there is a greater risk that they will achieve lower academic and employment outcomes which results in a loss of income to that individual and the organisation.

Mindset is here to engage, educate and empower your organisation to provide solutions to improve and sustain good mental wellbeing through developing a mental health strategy. Unlike any other company, Mindset can guarantee that you will receive outstanding support and training from a qualified mental health professional who has experience working with a multitude of client groups and mental health needs. Not only are we able to give you the most up-to-date and robust training currently on the market, Mindset also offers far more ongoing support services than anyone else, including policy writing, wellbeing audits, conflict management support, and much more.
