Standard delivery to UK addresses is ONLY £1.99! takes 3-5 working days but won't provide you with a tracking number.
International Shipping Update
Due to rising international shipping costs and increasing customs charges, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause all orders to Europe and the Rest of the World.
We’re truly sorry for any disappointment this may cause. Please know this isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly. We’re currently reviewing our options and hope to resume international shipping as soon as it’s feasible for both us and our customers.

RETURNS
In the unlikely event you wish to return your purchase, you have the right to return within 14 days of receiving delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please email hello@sleepsmug.com who will authorise it (we may require a receipt or proof of purchase) and provide you with the address to return it to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received the return, and if approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@sleepsmug.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your purchase, please send an email to hello@sleepsmug.com and we will happily offer you an alternative (depending on stock availability).
